Rules and Regulations

กฏการแข่งขัน

• ผู้เข้าแข่งขันต้องมีไม้ในถุงไม่เกิน 14 ชิ้น สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือเพิ่มได้แต่ต้องไม่เกิน 14 ชิ้น
• เป้าหมายที่ใช้ตีจะเป็นเป้าเดิมเสมอ
• ผู้เล่นไม่สามารถใช้ไม้หรืออุปกรณ์อะไรก็ตามในการช่วยเล็งขณะตีได้
• หากมีช็อตที่ไม่พึงประสงค์เกิดขึ้นให้แจ้งกรรมการผู้ตัดสินให้ดูรีเพลย์ เพื่อทำการตัดสิน
• หากผู้เล่นตีแล้วเครื่องไม่สามารถจับลูกได้ ให้ผู้เล่นตีไปเรื่อยๆจนกว่าเครื่องจะจับ
• หากมีการใช้ช่องโหว่ของระบบหรือการเล่นที่ไม่ซื่อตรง ทางผู้ตัดสินขอสงวนสิทธิในการตัดสิทธิในการแข่งขัน
• การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

Tournament Rules

• Players must have no more than 14 clubs in their bag. Clubs can be changed or added, but the total must not exceed 14.
• The target to be hit will always be the same target.
• Players may not use any clubs or equipment to assist in aiming while hitting.
• If there is an undesirable shot, the player must notify the referee to review the replay for a decision.
• If the machine fails to detect the ball after a shot, the player should continue hitting until the machine detects it.
• Any exploitation of system loopholes or dishonest play will result in the referee reserving the right to disqualify the player from the tournament.
• The decision of the committee is final.

1. คุณสมบัติ
การแข่งขันนี้เปิดให้สำหรับสมาชิกสมาคมกีฬากอล์ฟอาชีพแห่งประเทศไทย ประเภท TP, GI, FM-TP, FM-GI และนักกอล์ฟสมัครเล่นชายอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป แฮนดิแคปต่ำกว่า 5 รับรองโดยสมาคมกีฬากอล์ฟแห่งประเทศไทย รายชื่อผู้เข้าแข่งขันจะจัดตามลำดับตามการสมัคร (first come, first serve)

1.1 สมาชิกสมาคมฯ 75 คนแรกที่ลงทะเบียนจะได้สิทธิ์ในทัวร์นาเมนต์ นักกอล์ฟสมัครเล่น 25 คนแรกที่ลงทะเบียนจะได้ที่สิทธิ์ในทัวร์นาเมนต์
1.2 ผู้เล่นที่ลงทะเบียนหลังจากครบจำนวนจะต้องผ่านการคัดเลือกจำนวน 20 ตำแหน่ง

2. รูปแบบการแข่งขัน
2.1 รอบคัดเลือก
ผู้เล่นจะเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันในรูปแบบ 9 หลุม (9 หลุมแรก) ผู้เล่น 20 อันดับแรก ทั้งนักกีฬามืออาชีพและสมัครเล่นจะได้เข้าสู่รอบการแข่งขัน

2.2 รอบการแข่งขัน
ผู้เข้าแข่งขันจะต้องแข่งแบบสโตรกเพลย์ (Stroke Play) จำนวน 18 หลุมที่สนามกอล์ฟเซนต์แอนดรูส์ โอลด์คอร์ส ผู้เล่นจะถูกจัดกลุ่มในหมายเลขกลุ่มต่างๆ
8.30 น. 31 ตุลาคม : หมายเลขกลุ่ม 1-10
13.30 น. 31 ตุลาคม : หมายเลขกลุ่ม 11-20
8.30 น. 1 พฤษจิกายน : หมายเลขกลุ่ม 21-30
13.30 น. 1 พฤษจิกายน : หมายเลขกลุ่ม 31-40

2.3 การพัตต์ Auto fixed (ระยะภายใน 10 ฟุต = 1 พัตต์, ภายใน 65 ฟุต = 2 พัตต์, นอก 65 ฟุตหรือมากกว่า = 3 พัตต์)
2.4 รางวัลตีใกล้ธง : หลุม 8 จาก ลีโอเนียน
2.5 รางวัลตีไกล : หลุม 14 จาก ลีโอเนียน

1. Eligibility
The tournament shall be open to members of the Professional Golf Association of Thailand TP, GI, FM-TP, FM-GI and amateur males age above 18 years old. handicap below 5, certified by the Thailand Golf Association. Entry list shall be made on first come first serve basis.

1.1 First 75 Thailand PGA members to sign up will get a spot in the tournament. First 25 amateurs to sign will get a spot in a tournament
1.2 Players that sign up after entry list is full will have to qualify.

2. Format
2.1 Qualifying round
Players will compete in a 9 holes tournament (front 9 of the Old course) top 20 players professionals or amateurs will make it to the tournament round.

2.2 Tournament round
Each player will compete individual stroke play 18 hole round at St. Andrews Old course.  Players will be assigned into different group numbers. 1-40

8.30 a.m. 31^th October : Group number 1-10
1.30 p.m. 31^th October : Group number 11-20
8.30 a.m. 1^st November : Group number 21-30
1.30 p.m. 1^st November : Group number 31-40

2.3 Auto fixed putting  (within 10ft = 1 putt, within 65ft = 2 putts, outside of 65ft or more = 3 putts)
2.4 Closest to the pin hole 8^th by Leonian
2.5 Longest Drive hole 14^th by Leonian
